Your Crew
Meet Brooke
Captain Brooke was born an adventurer, and since the age of 18, she has been working in the yachting industry around the world, providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience to all her guests onboard. Her ambition to become a captain was realized in 2020, and in 2022, when she finally took the helm and began delivering tailored, all-inclusive charters, she knew she had found her passion: people, sailing, and the ocean.
She is an avid sailor, having trained as a new skipper around the fabled Cape of Storms off the coast of South Africa, to completing a mammoth 56-day trans-Atlantic voyage, where sailing experience is your greatest asset. The stories of her adventures are sure to leave guests on the edge of their seats—with a few good laughs in between.
The first time she sailed the beautiful azure waters of the Caribbean, she knew it was where she belonged. From taking guests on guided dives and snorkeling the treasure caves of Norman Island, to sailing three hours to the magical island of Anegada, and ending the day with captain’s cocktails and breathtaking sunsets—every moment is an adventure.
The British Virgin Islands have become a place she calls home, and with Captain Brooke at the helm, your week is sure to be one you won’t soon forget.

Meet Kate
After seven years working in the corporate world of private equity, I am
now pursuing a long-held passion for food, travel, and life at sea through a
career as a yacht chef. Though I’m new to the yachting industry, I bring a
strong work ethic, a genuine love for hospitality, and a diverse cultural
background that has shaped both my worldview and my approach to food.
Born in the Cotswolds and currently based in London, I also spent four
formative years living in Singapore as a child. This early exposure to a wide
range of cuisines and cultures sparked my fascination with global flavors
and ignited my desire to explore the world—something I’ve continued to do
through extensive personal travel. These experiences have given me a deep
appreciation for the connection between food and culture, and a curiosity
that I bring into the kitchen.
During school and university, I worked part-time in hospitality, including
roles at a busy gastropub and with a high-end private catering company. In
both, I supported food service and also assisted with food preparation,
developing a practical understanding of kitchen operations, service
excellence, and working under pressure.
To formalize my transition into yachting, I recently completed a two-week
yacht chef training course in Mallorca with Anchor & Apron. The course
covered galley operations, provisioning, food safety, and producing high-
quality, beautifully plated meals at sea. It confirmed not only my capability
but also my passion for this career path.
Beyond the galley, I have always felt a strong connection to the ocean, demonstrated by completing my Advanced PADI scuba certification.

Best Crew Ever!
Family of 8 (ages from 20-64) and everyone’s needs were fulfilled. Crew was very attentive and knowledgeable. Great activities geared toward the interest of the group. Food! Lots of great food! Brought back conch and lobsters from an excursion and made the best lobster risotto on short notice! Lots of great dishes and desserts. Nantes - Best Captain!!.. and entertainer. Knew all the best spots to party; and even did a little DJ-ing for us. Great bartender too! Very talented!
JANUARY 2025
The crew were A+. I felt very safe with Gavin as we did encounter some pretty choppy ocean currents there and back. Jackie the chef was sweet as pie and had all food amenities plenty.
The boat was very nice lots of places to lay around. the big open front in the bow was great for the 4 teenagers to hang out together to play music or sunbathe they also enjoyed the fly bridge area there was a smaller balcony to lay on.
Our itinerary was very accommodating Gavin knew his territory very well and was able to point us to the great snorkeling or hikes or restaurants, which we did venture to a couple of times.
Our transport shuttles were pre arranged by Gavin so everything was seamless and smooth.
We all had a great, great time.

Wowza! I’m not sure I could ever put into words how amazing you both made this experience for all of us…
The food- off the charts - hit it out of the park - delicious with every single plate. I ate my heart out!
The experiences - all the right places, all the perfect places to see and experiences to have. The fact that I got in the water with sharks says everything about how comfortable you made me feel.
You two as a team - TOP NOTCH <3
Couldn’t have had a more amazing experience and crazy grateful for the two of you for everything. Trust we will circle back again soon. Until then, safe adventures <3

The crew. Oh how I could go on for days on how perfect Caleb & Adhika are. Standing on the dock at the end of the trip, I heard Justin tell Caleb “We would follow you two anywhere” and it absolutely warmed my heart. That was the feeling and sentiment all 8 of us shared at the end of our trip. I speak for all of us when I say that we feel like we were specially blessed with those two for this past week.
